Product Quality Board (PQB) Lab

The Product Quality Board (PQB) is an independent structural subdivision of Medmil LLC and reports directly to the Executive Director of the company.

The PQB in its work is guided by orders and instructions of the company management, the Regulation on PQB, regulatory documents of QMS and technical documents of the company, as well as Federal law № 184-FZ “On technical regulation”, GOST 15467-79 “Product quality management. Basic concepts. Terms and definitions”.

The PQB solves many problems for the company, but its main functions are:

• Control over the quality and completeness of products manufactured by the company in the process of production and receipt at the warehouse of finished products.
• Organization and implementation of control over the conditions of storage of raw materials and finished products in warehouses and workshops.
• Quality control of incoming raw materials, materials, packaging and components.

Testing of products and materials requiring additional equipment and competence, as well as – legally significant conclusions are carried out on a contractual basis in accredited specialized laboratories Rospotrebnadzor, Roszdravnadzor, as well as in independent commercial laboratories.
